I’m an Advanced Wim Hof Method instructor and transformational coach.

As a mum, and through my own lived experience,

I first attended Heather’s one-day introduction to the Wim Hof Method and ice bath a few years ago, which was a fantastic experience. I continued with cold water immersion in the sea and later took the next step by joining the February 2026 trip to Poland.
